Those with a Class C license will be affected differently by the MVA and the impact is much greater.
Time is of the essence upon being charged with a DWI/DUI. Drivers will need to take certain steps with their temporary license and request for an MVA hearing within a specific timeframe. If that period and no action is taken the results will negatively impact your ability for an MVA hearing, installing the interlock as well as the timeframe begins counting the number of days for sanctions.
